When will I get my refund?
If you paid using your debit or credit card, your refund will be credited to the same card. This will take 4-5 working days depending on your bank or card issuer’s policy.
If you paid using Blue Wallet, your refund will immediately be credited back to the same Wallet.
If you paid using Blue Prepaid, you will receive the refund amount in a new Blue Prepaid eCard, which we’ll email to you including the card number and PIN.
If you paid through cash on delivery, your refund will be returned via Blue Wallet. If you don't have one, we’ll credit your refund to a new Blue Prepaid eCard (we’ll send you the card number and PIN by email.)
If you need more information regarding refunds, please call Customer Service.

How do I return an item in store or pickup request?
There are 2 ways to return your items:
Return to Click & Collect store
Return your items at any of our Click & Collect stores free of charge. These stores are:
o Bahrian City Center
o Bahrain Seef Mallbr/>
Return pick-up
You may arrange for us to collect your return items from your address. A collection charge of SAR 15 will apply. Please call Customer Service to arrange for collection of your items for return.
Note: we cannot accept goodwill refunds for earrings for pierced ears.
Return to Click & Collect store
Return your items at any of our Click & Collect stores free of charge. These stores are:

How do I track my delivery
You can check the status of your order and find tracking information at any time in My Account. You can also track your order directly on the courier website. If you placed your order as a guest, click here for tracking information.
You will be redirected to the Aramex tracking page where you can track your order using Aramex airway bill number.
Incase you do not have the Aramex tracking number you can also search by your order number using the Advanced tracking option by entering your order number against shipper reference field.
We’ll keep you updated about your order via email – you’ll initially receive an order confirmation from us, and we may also send you important updates about items in your order, including when they’ve been despatched.
To get your order to you as quickly as possible, we may have to send some items separately and these may occasionally be delivered by different couriers. Our couriers deliver between 7am and 7pm. During busy periods, we may deliver outside of these hours.
